You gotta be lucky enough to join a decent team. There are a lot of older people working at Cisco. Not that it's a bad thing. But if you'd rather work with younger people, then Cisco is not a good place to work for.

But they are trying to hire more young people. Honestly, I had no problem with my managers. They recognized the hard work and appreciated it. I wish that they would pay more, though. Maybe I'm being greedy. I don't know. I'm a fresh grad, so I'm not too familiar with business yet.
