Difficult to maintain work-life balance. The work-from-home facility ensures that you take work home and also attend calls and meetings at US hours (India-unfriendly hours), thereby spoiling your natural clock :(
Hire right and intelligently. When the market is good, folks are hired like crazy, and when the market goes down, folks are laid off. That's not a good trend.
Lots of acquisitions leading to various products and customers using them feel they are still from various providers, as the look and feel is different and interop is not fully there.
