Was good company to work for, 5-7 years back
Great flexibility to work from home.
There's a lot of internal politics. There's not much growth. The company has lost its peak. I don't see much growth potential as an employee.
Please stop nepotism and favouritism.
It's better to give hikes to existing employees rather than growing and hiring from outside.
