Great work-life balance and pay. Good perks and campus in Bangalore. Very good managers and bonus pay.
Routine layoffs, which is a real concern. Very frequent acquisitions instead of R&D in-house. No good future roadmap for many projects and products.
Please stop the routine layoffs and focus on starting new projects with the workforce.
