- Good manager with lots of technical experience and knowledge.
- Good work-life balance.
- Work-from-home option is better.
- Facilities are excellent, especially transport.
- Frequent reorganizations and firings make employees very insecure, and talented people tend to look for new opportunities elsewhere.
- Too many redundant products cause different products to compete among themselves within the company.
Nothing, but make sure not many reorgs happen.
