Best company to be with for the long term
I find this the best company to work for. It is process-based, systematic, and a well-cultured company.
Cool staff, good salary, bonus, and other benefits.
- Medical insurance and medical check-ups every year.
- Outings quarterly, bonus twice in a year.
Very good for learning too. You can do your work with proper planning and under the guidance of some talented architects. Other than your work, you can attend their training programs, which are conducted almost every month on hot technologies.
The hike is not that good. After two years, you will find yourself on almost the same salary unless you are promoted.
Other than this, I don't see any cons.
