It's a new team. Since the product is pretty new, there are lots of opportunities to work on new stuff. There are also lots of opportunities to correct the things to be done in a better way.
The tech stack is varied, so there are opportunities to work on different technologies within the team itself.
Since the new team setup here, lots of things are coming from the US to India in terms of infra and work. Not a con as such, but things are kind of settling up in terms of that, which is good in a way.
