Office space facilities are a good part of Cisco.
Salary and upper management in India is the worst. Especially directors are hired for sitting idle. Sometimes it feels like we are feeding them from our salary. All money goes to management and engineers are left with nothing.
Get some working directors and people who can bring changes to the system. Not dummy directors.
