Great big company to work for, but it is a big company
Great benefits, from bonuses, stock, fitness centers, training, and more. In addition, there are plenty of opportunities to move to different groups.
Being a big company, there is a lot of bureaucracy, which causes projects to move slow. A lot of the tools and projects are antiquated. A lot of the engineering resources are dedicated to maintenance rather than new projects.
Management focuses too much on long-term schedules and metrics, and is not focused on making engineers more efficient.
