A good, big company to work for
The company generally knows what it's doing. Individual teams can be quite good, despite the large company's bulk. A good bonus plan leads to decent compensation overall.
Big company problems: slowness, some inflexible policies, and teams farther away from you in the organization don't always seem like they know what they're doing. (Your team is always fine, though.)
