The hiring process is not a big deal when you have the right experience. Cisco Systems is a company that knows what it is looking for. Therefore, if the candidate has the right experience, the hiring process is simple.

The interview was on the phone. The interviewer asked a number of questions about projects I took part in, as well as a number of technical questions about processes, threads, and data structures.
