The best run company I've ever worked at
Empowerment, responsibility, and both encouragement and opportunity to grow skills and knowledge.
I've worked for several high-tech companies, and this one is the best-run of any I've ever worked at.
Management on average isn't as technical as other companies I've worked with, which probably limits the complexity of the projects we've ended up tackling in the past. The company understands this and is actively working to address the issue. I'm hopeful that the changes our BU is undergoing will address this in the not-too-distant future.
Please continue to promote technical competence in the management hierarchy. I still believe this is the best company out there.

There were two coding rounds and one technical round; overall, a pleasant experience. There was a long time between application submission and when the interviewing process began, but the interviewing process was completed in a few weeks.
