- Reasonable salary. Perks were good when I joined, though they were soon discontinued.
- No recognition for hard work and talent. Consistently rated as a top performer, I had no respite from crazy work schedules for years, but no promotion, etc., in return.
We need transparency, and employees need to feel valued.

Software Engineer
There were two coding rounds and one technical round; overall, a pleasant experience. There was a long time between application submission and when the interviewing process began, but the interviewing process was completed in a few weeks.
