I applied through college/university. The first round was an aptitude round. I got shortlisted and was called to their company to attend a face-to-face technical round. The first round was excellent; the interviewers were impressed with my answers. T

Online application followed by a phone interview. This was followed by an in-house interview. I interviewed at Cisco Milpitas. The overall experience was quite pleasant, and I gained a lot of insight into the hardware world.

Go through recruiters or someone who works in the company. Resumes received directly from outside almost never get a chance for an interview.
