Company with great culture and work-life balance, but change is often slow
The benefits are really amazing. The Work From Home policy is very lenient, even for non-managers/Early in Career folks. The people are also very understanding and caring. You can tell from the way they handled the layoffs during the COVID-19 pandemic that they truly care (extending their employment period, etc.).
Leadership changes have been frequent lately, but the actual change isn't really felt at the line-level.
Growth is slow for Early in Career folks. The first 6 to 12 months would be painfully slow for someone who doesn't ask for work.
Keep up the great work with the overall company culture.
Invest in Early in Career folks by giving them the chance to make some impact and changes.
