Pros
  • Great benefits.
  • Teams respect work-life balance.
  • Stock performance over 5 years has been good.
  • Bonus year on year is usually good.
  • On-site clinic and doctors available.
  • State-of-the-art gym and physical therapy.
Cons
  • Teams are not culturally diverse.
  • You can get lost in a big company, and many times your voice may not be heard.
  • Office politics in certain teams and groups.
  • Salary increments year by year are not very uplifting.
Advice to Management
  • Hire more diverse individuals to get the best out of your software products and day to day.

  • Try to cut down on tiers of management with a more organic, one-on-one approach with engineers so the most talented engineers are heard, appreciated, and celebrated.
