Cisco is the number one networking company. There are a lot of things to learn on the cutting edge of technology.
Cisco does not pay salary as high as its peers. Healthcare cost contribution is also high. Long commute to work for me.
Management should create more fun things for employees, such as having more department picnics, group outings, or a "bring your children to work" day.
