Pros

Good benefits; co-workers are generally nice. The gym at the time was great for $20 a month, which included group classes and towel service.

Cons

I was hired as part of a new grad cohort straight out of university. My title was Software Engineer. Unfortunately, it took a few months before I realized that although my title was SE, I was part of a QA group. It was odd that there was no differentiation between QA engineers and SE in the job title.

Communication is slow, and teams are all around the world. Getting someone to help you oftentimes involves staying up late to wait for someone to wake up on the other side of the world.
