Fantastic teams, very high company transparency, competitive salary, friendly employees, and an amazing CEO.
Benefits vary too much from location to location. The employee portal is a labyrinthian nightmare.
Employee benefits should be more standardized. I visited another office, and they had a fair few more perks. Also, despite Cisco touting benefits focused on individual development, they weren't as available as advertised.
