Personally, I can't think of any. Neither salary, nor supervisor behavior, nor the work environment were even remotely good.

There was free water, coffee, and tea. Brilliant.

Social Behavior: Supervisors are only interested as long as they receive necessary information. Salary negotiations are a farce.

There are always reasons against salary increases, but they all have nothing to do with individual performance. That is always "very good". Cap-limited projects, company-wide austerity measures... there's always something.

Instead, there are constant success reports. And in middle to upper management, new levels are constantly being introduced to give even more people with questionable job titles a home. Out of touch with reality.

Welchen Rat soll ich hier schon geben, den ich nicht schon dort während meiner Anstellung gegeben habe?

Mein Rat an das Management wäre nur: Kündigt. Überlasst die Arbeit anderen Menschen.
