Highly technical development work. The opportunity to be recognized for your work through bonus and awards. The company focuses on a lot of areas, so I had opportunities to work on many projects. Great training available.
- Salary on the lower end and doesn't move much.
- Managers are entirely hit or miss in their management abilities.
- Things can move slowly if you don't have a motivated team.
- Too many processes and layers.
Make appropriate salary increases to recognize good workers, especially in remote locations.
Remove some of the management layers.
