Experiences at Cisco Systems
Cisco Systems is a big brand and has an amazing culture. The flexible timings, working from home option, and less work burden make it an ideal place to maintain a work-life balance. Though it doesn't have many additional benefits (perks), the campus is amazing, and I really enjoyed my stay there.
Since Cisco is a big company, the growth opportunities are very less. The review cycle is not very effective, and the overall salary and other benefits are comparatively low.
Focus should move towards employees, and the company should provide all employees with opportunities to grow. The company's progress and profits should be reflected in employees' pay packages and benefits.

Software Engineer
There were two coding rounds and one technical round; overall, a pleasant experience. There was a long time between application submission and when the interviewing process began, but the interviewing process was completed in a few weeks.

The experience was really good overall. Although certain questions seemed irrelevant, like file system architecture, it was overall a good mix of OS, DBMS, and computer network fundamentals. Thank you for your time.
