I applied via employee referral. The process took over four weeks. I had a 30-minute phone interview where I was asked about past projects and some general questions. Following that, I completed an onsite interview.

It was easy with 3 rounds: technical and HR. First round was a plain coding round. Second was a technical round, and third was an HR round. Bit manipulation, OS, C theory, and data structures were asked.

Multiple one-on-one interviews with team members over several days. This was many years ago, and the hiring process is much more structured now. At that time, the company was small and growing rapidly.
