They pay well and have decent benefits.
You are not valued as an individual. They perform layoffs and then open the same job position within the same week. Don't plan on a long career here, as they can and will lay employees off at least twice a year. You are never safe.
It would help if managers and directors would provide more direction and more support for new hires. A lot of management, especially in the tech area, do not have technical knowledge of what their developers/engineers are even doing. It's a wonder as to how they even get into those positions.
