A good company for you to grow
Cisco Systems is not as big as Google or Microsoft, those famous companies that everyone wants to get into. However, groups are connected and open to each other.
Positions can be limited, and the recruiting team doesn't always do their best. I heard some complaints about them losing profiles.
Better team management in recruiting; groups should focus more on their own work. Also, Cisco is supposed to extend its markets.

Software Engineer
There were two coding rounds and one technical round; overall, a pleasant experience. There was a long time between application submission and when the interviewing process began, but the interviewing process was completed in a few weeks.
