Entitled manager who thinks that he owns the company.
He was always trying to scare us with layoffs to make us work much harder with no compensation; he used fear instead of support. TOXIC.
Zero regards to human life.
Work was never appreciated, even if we worked 65 hours a week, with zero recognition and raises.
I was treated like I was getting paid 1 million dollars annually, but my salary was even below average. So I don't know why they think they're paying their engineers well. If you calculate it based on 65 hours a week instead of 40 (officially), you get minimum wage. Keep that in mind.
I got another job with better pay, thank God.
