I had a phone interview with general questions about my background. The next round was a phone+web interview. The interviewer typed programming questions, and I filled out the designated space.

I applied for the software engineer position through their career website. Two weeks later, I received a call to arrange for an in-person interview. Then, I interviewed at the Cisco Systems office in Ottawa.
