Good pay, good working environment, helping people, and good HR service.
A good place to work.
Not so good management, internal politics.
It was fairly simple. HR called asking about basics. Then there were two technical and one managerial round. After that, you have to wait for final confirmation, but you also get in touch with HR for positive or negative feedback.
A face-to-face interview was held on campus after the recruiter reached out. The interview was fun and easy, with a straightforward process. Most of the questions were networking-related.
It was fine up to the first round. However, from the second round, it was not very good, as the interviewer was doing his own work and not concentrating on me. It does not feel good to be taken lightly, even if you are a fresher.
