Good benefits, mixed bag of work
Benefits are awesome (though unlimited PTO is an annoying scam).
WLB depends on your BU and team. Generally decent, but with the recent layoffs, it's become pretty chaotic. Career advancement opportunities are pretty good, but pay is mid to poor. Stock performance has been pretty bad, which hasn't helped.
