Pros

Great lower-level management, good benefits, and flexibility. Internal transfers are supported, and engineers have a good skill set.

Cons

Product redundancies, too many levels of management (directors, VPs), and too much red tape to get anything done. Little thought is given to long-term product usability. Time to market is often valued over quality.
