Cost cutting is the primary focus. Once you're in, growth is hard. I was a high performer year after year with no growth opportunities. I completely changed orgs, still had the same high performance but no opportunities to grow. So much cost cutting means the culture isn't the same as it used to be. It was a great company...
Focus on the employees again. All the great people are leaving. If you continue to let this happen, you won't be able to keep the folks you want to.
