The benefits (not compensation) are pretty good. It used to be better, though.

Pretty behind on stacks. I didn't like how they are using remote desktops. This makes work slower and inefficient for remote workers. Having a dev environment on a MacBook would help and providing an IntelliJ license instead of free Eclipse.
