Pays reasonably, with decent benefits. It's in the city, with a nice office, some decent products, and a well-recognized name on your resume.
The management has to approve every damned thing, so almost everything has to be decided by committee so it can get rejected later.
Get your head out of your ass. Let people be responsible for their work. Stop checking every damned detail without being involved in the process earlier.
