Work can be more tedious rather than exciting. Layoffs are fairly common, with less focus on individual growth. It doesn’t pay as much as other “big tech” companies.
Reduce the operational complexities of getting things done (too many meetings resulting in too few decisions) and clear up job responsibilities (too many acronyms).
