Cisco is a good, stable company to work at. They have good, talented employees, good pay, good work-life balance, and a good vacation plan.
Lack of diversity. Mostly Asian.
Lack of upward mobility.
Lots of bureaucracy.
Cafeterias are not good.
Horrible location for work.
Give more learning opportunities to employees for those who want to grow out of a plain technical career.
