Favoritism, lack of leadership, and constantly managing people out in unfair ways. Some people are treated well, but if you are not a favorite, they don't care about you.
Stop using old leaders; clean house and get new management who will take employees' needs into account. Treat employees fairly, give raises, and do those in a fair and equitable fashion. Stop playing favorites.
