The environment is good. You can learn a lot. Most of the people are nice. Some are very knowledgeable.
Management only promotes their buddies. Most people's goal is to satisfy their bosses instead of offering better products and services. There is much office politics.
Be fair to people. Give more credit to the people who can do things than to those who only talk.
