Very unfriendly work environment. If the manager is happy, then your job and salary are cool; otherwise, it sucks. Managers work on a bias basis; favorites get good projects to work on. It has a kiss-*** culture.
Webex is supposed to encourage telecommuting, but at the workplace, they don't allow work from home. Well, on paper, it's allowed, but if you are not on good terms with your manager, it's not allowed.
Listen to your team members, and don't just protect the so-called leaders you appointed.
