Great work/life balance. Mostly everyone there is solid, competent, and easy to work with. No mandatory RTO (yet). Company culture, values, and ethics are respectable.
There are some exceptions; some teammates have big egos and insecurity issues that are hard to work with. The compensation range is also lagging other tech companies.
