political culture, even at a team level.

No feedback on work other than "nothing to say" or "you shouldn't be here" (then later, "nothing to say").

The culture is completely dead and soulless.

Basically a technological backwater at this point, with ridiculous decisions made at every level.

Priorities are not really aligned with making good products; the company is doomed in some areas.

All the other reviews are absolutely true. The company is filled with bad management. I didn't believe it, but sure enough.

I honestly don't understand why people stay here for years. I can't imagine doing so.

I would clear house of middle managers and directors, etc. The legacy staff here in management is bad; the direction is bad. The people doing work are good, but have misplaced priorities. It really makes me sad. We're building a bridge to nowhere.
