The company is too big, so only a few people can benefit from its growth. Due to strong competition, it is not very attractive.
Give more trust to the local staff, give more development opportunities to the local staff to get more market share in China.

There were two coding rounds and one technical round; overall, a pleasant experience. There was a long time between application submission and when the interviewing process began, but the interviewing process was completed in a few weeks.
