Pros
  • Friendly environment.
  • People help each other with knowledge; some great minds in the BU.
  • Lots of fun activities.
  • Chilled environment, no push for deadlines and easy work.
Cons

Favoritism in the group. People are given performance ratings based on their relationship with the manager, not on performance.

No acknowledgment for hard work, no recognition. No hikes, no timely bonuses, and no promotions.

Lots of politics in the group. You can survive only if your manager likes you.

No professional behavior in some teams. People, including the manager, dominate the conversation in the team and they prefer employees who speak their native language. Diversity in the group is not respected.

They hire managers from service-level companies, and they bring the atmosphere of a low-grade service company. It doesn't feel like we are working for a product company. No innovation, no support for talent.

Advice to Management

Please hire good managers and speak to employees to understand the real reason they are quitting.

Please appreciate those who show talent, hard work, and dedication. Each person's career is important and requires the right guidance and support to succeed.
