The first round of the hiring process was an online test consisting of three coding questions on HackerRank. We were supposed to make teams of three people. Only one device could type the code.

The interview was very technically based. They were more focused on my technical knowledge of Python and how it works to debug effectively. Since my experience with the language was very limited, and I did not know much about memory management in Py

The first interview was a simple 30-minute resume screen. It included the typical "why Cisco" question and then focused on your experience. There was also time at the end to ask the interviewer about Cisco.
