Software Engineer
I have only received an online assessment from Cisco. It took place on the HackerRank website, and the questions were pretty similar to common LeetCode questions. I think I did well on it. However, I haven't heard anything back yet.

Good. Technical and soft skills both are tested. Technical involves knowledge of algorithms, data structures, as well as hands-on coding tests. Management round was also there, which tests interpersonal skills as well.
