First, there was a phone interview, then they called for an on-site interview. Total of 4 rounds. Each round involved one person, with mostly technical questions. There were a few questions about network topologies, previous work, and programming.

I first had an on-campus interview with a former graduate from my school who currently works for Cisco Systems. A few weeks later, I received an email stating that I was accepted to a second-round interview.
