No hike or very less (1-4%). Full-on politics. People who go for smoke with the manager and roam around the manager only get good hikes and promotions. If you don't know how to butter up and oil, then it's the worst place to work.
There is no fair process to review employee performance. There are no one-to-one discussions with employees for their career growth. I advise to please fulfill employee expectations if they are contributing to achieve company expectations, and remove corruption and politics.
