There is no standard in place to give grades across the organizations. A person with the same grade may get very low compensation compared to a person of the same grade in another BU or the same BU.
Retain talented people.
Make sure there is a process in place and do not rush to get the tasks done.
Do not have ad hoc methods. While implementing something, weigh the pros and cons.
