The best corporate job I've had
My team had an excellent culture: lots of freedom to work and innovate, and a good rapport between managers and the managed. The benefits were great, and they treated the employees well.
Some elements (such as performance reviews) were constantly changing, with seemingly arbitrary effects on employees.
Keep the focus on operational excellence. Clean out the cruft that impeded inter-team collaboration. Encourage (and budget for) more non-IT tool development.
