If you want to do innovative things, have fun while doing them, and get paid, go somewhere else. If you want to get into your comfort zone, become a fossil, and be unmarketable when Cisco lays you off (a yearly tradition), then go here. Life is there to be enjoyed and not wasted at Cisco.
They need to replace whole management (I mean thousands of VPs, directors, and managers) and start fresh.
