Good salary, the bonus is nice (when it applies), and work flexibility.
Depending on the job, the ability to work from home with a corporate router and phone is available.
Decent benefits for medical and dental.
Free onsite gym.
Layoffs (several in the last two years, 2011-12), outsourcing, many management layers, with a bunch of senior management. Cafeteria food is overpriced.
Don't outsource technical jobs. It doesn't work very well.
